SHIPPING AND RETURNS
WE SHIP THROUGHOUT SOUTH AFRICA ONLY
All orders will be processed and dispatched in 1-3 working days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. We only offer door-to-door deliveries.
Shipping costs are calculated at CHECKOUT. Please note costs differ between major cities and outlying ares.
All sales are final.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund may be offered. Please kindly email us at email@example.com with your order number, a photo of the received item and the reason for return within 7 days receipt. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request. Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and accompanied with their original packaging.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else, we are happy to process for you but please note, return courier will be at your expense. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and again returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and accompanied with their original packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
